t RusssCart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at russscart024@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
